The Opportunity
Join Holcim as a Senior Financial Analyst within our Aggregates (CDM) business. This is a visible role within a growing area of our business, offering you real opportunities to progress your career.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial insight and performance across a dynamic and sustainability-focused part of the business. You’ll partner closely with senior finance leaders and the Global Hub Business Services team, influencing decision-making through high-quality analysis, robust reporting, and forward-looking financial planning. With exposure across financial performance, sustainability metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives, this role offers the chance to make a tangible impact while developing your expertise in a complex, fast-evolving environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver accurate and insightful financial and sustainability reporting, ensuring compliance with internal controls and group requirements
Provide detailed analysis and commentary to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes
Act as a key partner to finance and business stakeholders, supporting decision-making through commercial and financial insight
Contribute to governance and control activities, including audit support, reconciliations, and compliance processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance processes, systems, and ways of working across the finance function
Who you are
You’re confident working with complex financial data, using your analytical skills to interpret trends and provide clear, actionable insights
You’re comfortable partnering with stakeholders at different levels, building strong relationships and communicating financial information in a clear and engaging way
You have experience working with systems such as ERP platforms (e.g. SAP or E1) and reporting tools, and you’re confident using Excel and similar tools to analyse and present data
You thrive in environments where you can influence, collaborate, and contribute to continuous improvement
You approach challenges with a solutions-focused mindset and are comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity while maintaining high standards of accuracy and control
