The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal role as a Key Account Manager, where you’ll take the lead in building and energising relationships across our builders’ merchant network. Acting as the trusted face of Holcim, you’ll become the go-to partner for key accounts— strengthening service credibility, and unlocking new levels of spend.
This is more than account management—it’s about reigniting growth. You’ll craft smart, targeted account plans, build meaningful connections, and spot opportunities others might miss. From opening new doors to finding creative ways to win orders, you’ll play a central role in driving momentum across the network.
Success in this role comes from being commercially sharp, highly visible, and relentlessly proactive. You’ll thrive on building relationships face-to-face, staying close to your customers, and working seamlessly with internal teams to deliver consistently great results.

Business Development and Growing Revenue
You will... Have a proven success in account management, business development, or sales within a B2B environment. A natural relationship builder, with the ability to build trust and establish credibility with customers
Commerciality
You can demonstrate... Strong commercial awareness, with a sharp eye for opportunities and the drive to turn them into revenue and the confidence to act as the lead contact for a defined customer base, taking full ownership of relationships.
Account Manager
You will posses the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities, without losing focus on what matters most. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.
