Now, we’re looking for a Sales Team Leader.
What you’ll do
Drive outbound sales strategy that doesn’t just hit targets — it consistently exceeds them. You’ll lead from the front in generating pipeline, closing new business, and setting the pace for revenue growth.
Create a results-driven sales culture where activity, accountability, and winning new business are the standard. Coach, develop, and inspire your team to exceed KPIs and unlock their full potential.
Embed best-in-class outbound practices — from prospecting and outreach to objection handling and closing. Ensure consistent execution that drives conversion and revenue.
Be hands-on in the sales process - Lead by example through your own activity, presence on calls, and ability to win new business while elevating team performance.
