Join us as a Sales Associate supporting our Asphalt division and take ownership of the customer journey—from first contact to order fulfillment. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers, generate and follow up on quotes, manage accounts, and play a key role in shaping our customers’ experience.
This is a role where organisation meets opportunity—and your energy and attention to detail will help drive sales, build relationships, and keep the wheels turning.
Why This Role Rocks:

Sales impact – Help manage leads, track quotations, win business, and support performance across multiple product lines.
Work with purpose – Join a team that values integrity, respect, and creating value for customers and colleagues alike.
Grow with us – Be part of Holcim, a global leader in building materials, with career opportunities that reach far beyond your desk.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the management of small to medium-sized accounts in the asphalt product range.
Generating and maintaining quotes, tracking tenders, and updating forward order books.
Managing your own customer portfolio, including pricing (within set parameters), credit management, and eCommerce sales.
Handling the customer journey end-to-end, from lead generation to delivery and follow-up.
Supporting digital sales growth through platform development and usage promotion.
Collaborating with Sales Managers, IT, and other teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
Building long-lasting customer relationships and resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
What You’ll Bring:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.
Strong organisation and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple quotes and accounts.
A team player who thrives on collaboration, performance, and accountability.
Confidence using digital tools and platforms, with a curiosity for improving systems and processes.
A respectful, inclusive attitude and the ability to represent our brand with professionalism.
Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or commercial support role is preferred.
