The Opportunity
Are you ready to take ownership of our important customer relationships and drive commercial success within our Concrete Products business? As a National Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic face of our brand, managing high value accounts across the UK and ensuring customers receive industry leading solutions.
With a strong market presence and a reputation for delivering high quality concrete products, we’re looking for someone who excels at building strategic partnerships, driving national growth and shaping long term customer relationships.
You’ll play a key role in developing tailored solutions, strengthening loyalty, and influencing business success on a national scale.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing national account strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long term partnerships.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders in key customer organisations.
- Acting as the main point of contact for national accounts, ensuring consistent, best in class service across multiple regions.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, technical support, and operational excellence.
- Identifying new opportunities and innovative applications of concrete products within construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets.
- Leading contract and pricing negotiations to secure sustainable, mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitoring national market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to keep our business ahead of the curve.
