The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join Holcim UK and lead a team of three Area Sales Managers across the South. This is a role where your leadership will directly shape regional success, partnering with SME housebuilders, builders merchants, sub-contractors, and commercial project stakeholders to create lasting relationships, uncover new opportunities, and deliver strategies that achieve real results.
You’ll lead with clarity, encouragement, and hands on support, empowering your team to perform at their best. Backed by the strength and reputation of a trusted global brand, you’ll have the platform to create meaningful results and a lasting impact.
Who you are
You have experience leading and supporting sales teams and you know how to create an environment where people feel motivated and equipped to succeed.
You’re comfortable managing regional accounts, negotiating agreements, and ensuring targets are met through effective planning and collaboration.
You’re a natural relationship builder who thrives on connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions that work for everyone
You will focus on generating high value sales to new customers across your territory , seizing every opportunity.
You enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on engagement, whether that’s meeting customers in person, analysing market opportunities, or guiding your team through challenges.
