The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal role as a Key Account Manager, where you will be the driving force behind our success with strategically important clients. This is more than account management—it’s about managing and growing our most vital relationships, maximising revenue and ensuring Holcim is the go-to partner for sustainable construction solutions.
What you will do
Relationship Excellence: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute account strategies that align with client business objectives to drive revenue growth.
Business Preservation: Ensure existing business is protected by providing exceptional service and deeply understanding client needs.
Project Oversight: Oversee the execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes while addressing concerns promptly.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to tailor solutions that exceed client expectations.
