The Opportunity
We are looking for our next Site Administrator to join the team at our Greystone Quarry in Launceston. The Office Administrator will provide efficient and reliable administrative support to the quarry management and operational team. The role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, accurate record keeping, and effective coordination of orders, staff records, and general site administration.
The role also offers the opportunity to be trained on the site weighbridge system to provide holiday and absence cover when required.
This role is for 32 hours and 4 days a week. Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday from 8AM till 4PM
Who you are
Excellent IT skills and proficient in the use of Google suite & Microsoft Office suite
Flexible and adaptable attitude with ability to prioritise a range of different tasks.
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Confident using Google sheets
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and team working skills
