The Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them place orders, coordinating deliveries and ensuring they receive the best possible service.
Working closely with internal sales teams, logistics providers, production teams and customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently and that customer expectations are consistently met. The role is fast-paced and varied, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
You’ll also be part of a team focused on continuous improvement, collaboration and delivering excellent customer experiences across the asphalt business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing professional and friendly customer service across the asphalt and aggregates business
Processing customer orders accurately and ensuring all associated administration is completed
Acting as the key point of contact for customers, answering queries and providing product or delivery information
Coordinating closely with production, dispatch and logistics teams to ensure orders are fulfilled
Communicating proactively with customers about delivery updates or any changes to supply
Investigating and resolving customer queries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
Prioritising orders and deliveries effectively during busy periods or supply challenges
Working collaboratively with sales teams and internal departments to deliver excellent service
Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems to manage customer information
Taking ownership of personal development and contributing to a positive team environment
