The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Procurement Systems Analyst to shape how we manage and improve our procurement systems across Holcim UK. Based at our Bardon Hill head office, you’ll take ownership of our key digital platform, Coupa, ensuring it runs efficiently and continues to evolve with business needs.

You’ll play a vital role in our digital transformation, by enhancing system capability, enabling smarter purchasing, and giving the business greater visibility and control over costs. You’ll also be the go-to expert for system upgrades, process optimisation, and user training, helping colleagues across the UK work smarter every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

• Managing Coupa upgrades throughout the year, ensuring smooth rollout and ongoing reliability.

• Supporting new eSourcing tools and digital initiatives across procurement.

• Designing and delivering engaging user training and materials.

• Managing post–go-live support, including troubleshooting, testing, and deploying fixes.

• Identifying process improvements and cost optimisation opportunities within procurement.

Who You Are
You’re a systems-focused problem solver who enjoys improving how technology supports procurement. You combine technical know-how with strong communication skills, working confidently with users at all levels to deliver practical, efficient solutions.

• Proven experience configuring, implementing, or managing eP2P systems (Coupa experience highly desirable).

• Skilled in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

• Confident designing and delivering engaging training and user support.

• Strong communicator and collaborator with a proactive, analytical mindset.

• Able to balance day-to-day system management with long-term digital improvement projects.
