The Opportunity

We are looking for a Site Supervior capable of looking after multiple contracting gangs and customers.

The ideal candidate will hold a SMSTS certificate and a gold CSCS card. They must be self motivated and have a good understanding of site contracting.

We look after a wide range of schemes from new build roads, car parks and local council roads. We expect the right candidate to able to complete accurate site measurements, diary’s, site records, meet with customer's and work to programme. Pre start meeting are essential to ensure we have the correct resources booked for the work and H&S control measures in place before we attend site.

The right candidate will start a machine crew daily and ensure they are working safely and efficiently. Have good people skills to get the best out of the people working for them and develop positive working relationships with our customers.

Who You Are

• A confident and motivated leader with a passion for safety and team development.
• Experienced in Asphalt Road Surfacing
• Great at staying organised and prioritising tasks under pressure.
• Knowledgeable about quality plans, compliance standards, and risk management.
• A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
