The Opportunity
If you’re the type of person who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, spotting potential issues before they become problems, and making a real impact on performance, then this role is for you.
We’re looking for a Reliability Operative to join our team at Glensanda, making sure our fixed plant equipment is running at peak performance. You’ll play a vital role in preventative maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement — helping us reduce downtime, improve safety, and keep productivity high.
What You’ll Be Doing
Stay ahead of the game – Carry out planned inspections, servicing, and repairs to keep equipment safe, efficient, and reliable.
Fix it fast – Respond quickly to breakdowns, minimising downtime.
Spot the trends – Monitor performance, analyse failures, and suggest improvements.
Make things better – Work with the maintenance team to implement modifications that boost reliability.
Keep it safe – Follow all HSEQ guidelines, take part in risk assessments, and help create safe systems of work.
Stay organised – Keep accurate records using our maintenance management systems.
What You’ll Bring
Mechanical or maintenance experience (fixed plant preferred).
Good IT skills and confidence with maintenance systems.
A safety-first mindset and ability to work to high standards.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Ability to operate small mobile plant.
Flexibility to work as part of a 24/7 operation.
