As our new Customer Service Representative for the Midlands Aggregates Business, you will step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your voice matters, your problem-solving skills shine, and your dedication keeps our operations moving smoothly.
This is a permanent, on-site position where you can truly take ownership of your day, collaborating with a passionate team to deliver excellence from order to delivery.
In this vital role, you will act as the primary focal point for our customers, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met with the highest standard of professional care. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Customer Advocacy: Accurately taking orders and managing the associated administration to ensure a seamless service experience.
Relationship Management: Developing strong rapport and working collaboratively with both internal teams and external customers.
Operational Coordination: Proactively liaising with production, dispatch, and logistics personnel to anticipate service issues, optimise company resources, and coordinate delivery priorities.
Problem Solving: Monitoring order progress, resolving queries or complaints efficiently, and guiding teams through revised schedules when supply setbacks arise.
Forward Planning: Communicating future order requirements with customers and utilising spare capacity effectively.
Safety & Compliance: Maintaining a strong awareness of company Health & Safety policies to ensure a secure working culture.

Tech-Savvy Mindset: You have a solid understanding of IT systems and possess experience using platforms such as Google or Microsoft
