The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for customer excellence, strong sales support experience, and a proven ability to build lasting customer relationships.
As a CSR, you will manage allocated customer accounts and key contacts, supporting the achievement of sales targets and business goals through exceptional service, effective account management, and accurate order processing. You will play a key role in raising the profile of Holcim across designated sales channels while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in customer service, sales support or account management.
Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and complaint resolution.
Experience with accurate order processing and reducing service or sales errors.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
IT literate, ideally with CRM experience such as Salesforce.
Commercial awareness and a proactive, customer-first mindset.
Who you are:
Proven experience in customer service, sales support or account management.
Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service and complaint resolution.
Experience processing orders accurately and reducing service or sales errors.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
IT literate, ideally with experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Self-motivated with a proactive, pragmatic approach.
Commercial awareness and understanding of budgets, margins and sales performance.
Product, industry and competitor awareness (or willingness to develop this knowledge).
