The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in a business critical SAP transformation programme, combining hands-on project delivery with long-term optimisation. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Performance, you’ll work at the intersection of Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, and IT. Ensuring that systems, data, and processes not only function effectively but deliver measurable commercial value.
In the short term, you’ll support the successful delivery of SAP as part of a major Business Systems Roadmap initiative. In the longer term, your focus will shift to continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven optimisation across Procurement and eP2P. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to shape how systems and data strengthen cost control, governance, and operational efficiency across an industrial environment.
If you enjoy combining data, systems, and stakeholder engagement to translate technical capability into commercial advantage, this role offers genuine scope, visibility, and impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading master data collation, cleansing, transformation, and migration activities to support SAP and Coupa implementation.
Supporting testing cycles, defect triage, and quality assurance to ensure robust system deployment.
Collaborating with business stakeholders to finalise system design, ensuring all use cases and process variations are fully captured.
Identifying optimisation and automation opportunities across Procurement and Accounts Payable, developing business cases, and delivering improvement initiatives.
Who you are
You have experience supporting major system implementations within an industrial, manufacturing, or complex operational environment.
You are confident in developing process maps, performing gap analysis, and translating business requirements into structured system specifications.
You bring strong data analysis capability and understand the importance of data quality and governance.
You communicate clearly and effectively, engaging stakeholders at all levels and simplifying complex technical discussions.
You are comfortable balancing detailed data work with training delivery, change support, and ongoing system optimisation.
We are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. You will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.
