The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Holcim UK in a pivotal Pricing Manager role within the Commercial function. This is a role where you will play a central part in shaping and evolving how pricing decisions are made across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Pricing, you will lead the development and implementation of modern pricing tools, models and insights that have a direct impact on margin performance and profitable growth. Working at the intersection of data, technology and commercial strategy, this role offers real visibility, influence and the chance to embed data-driven pricing at scale within a market-leading organisation committed to sustainable construction.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and embed pricing tools and models that improve pricing decisions, forecasting accuracy and margin performance

• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, IT and BI teams to integrate pricing tools into Salesforce and core business systems

• Act as a trusted business partner to Commercial and Regional leadership, supporting pricing reviews and implementation

• Drive continuous improvement across pricing processes, data quality and tool adoption, including training and change support

Who you are

• You'll have the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial insight

• You enjoy working collaboratively across functions and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations

• You bring advanced analytical skills, with experience using Excel, Google Sheets and data visualisation tools

• You are adaptable and organised, able to balance strategic development with hands-on delivery in a dynamic environment
