The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join Holcim UK in a high-profile, commercially focused role within our UK Finance team.
Reporting to the Head of Performance Reporting & Finance Planning, you will act as a strategic business partner, working closely with senior leaders to interpret financial and operational performance, influence decision-making, and drive improvements in EBITDA, cash flow, and sustainable growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on commercial challenge, storytelling with data, and visible business impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead monthly performance reporting across financial, operational, and sustainability metrics, providing clear insight and narrative on business drivers.
Own forecasting, budgeting, and mid-term planning cycles, building robust financial models and scenario analysis.
Partner with Business Finance and senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions, evaluate trade-offs, and shape decisions.
Translate complex data into compelling insights using analytics, visualisation, and financial storytelling.
Who you are
You have strong financial and commercial acumen with a clear understanding of value drivers.
You can interpret complex data and communicate insights confidently to senior stakeholders.
You are comfortable influencing, challenging, and partnering at leadership level.
You take ownership, work collaboratively, and are motivated by delivering measurable business outcomes.
