The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly organised, customer-focused Administrator to join our Regional Customer Centre team. If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy supporting fast-paced operations, and want to be part of a team that plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our customers, this is a fantastic opportunity to join Holcim in a role where you can make a real impact.
This position is essential in ensuring our post-sales administration, invoicing, and process support runs smoothly, helping us deliver exceptional service to agreed KPIs and SLAs.
This role is advertised as a Full Time position but we would also be open to hearing from you if you are looking for a Part Time position as part of a job split.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this varied and detail-focused role, you will:
Maintain awareness and compliance with Holcim’s Health & Safety policies.
Facilitate customer invoice queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Process credits, debits, and post-sales administration with full attention to detail.
Receive and process sales enquiries, quotes, and contracts where required.
Process customer ancillary charges and assist with clearing down sales workbenches.
Provide ongoing administration support to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Support external trading reconciliation.
Assist colleagues across the RCC with Salesforce usage.
Process haulier payments and charges to required timeframes.
Proactively support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues or inefficiencies.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with the following strengths:
Experience in an administrative role would be desirable.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels.
Ability to maintain professional relationships.
Experienced with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and ERP systems (E1 experience desirable).
Able to multitask effectively and maintain consistency in a busy environment.
A collaborative team player with a positive, supportive attitude.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Calm under pressure, resilient and reliable.
Acts with integrity and takes ownership of tasks.
