We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Representative to join our Holcim UK team, where you’ll play a key role in connecting our customers with sustainable building solutions that shape the future of construction.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll be the go-to point of contact for our customers, building relationships, providing exceptional service, and helping us grow our business. You’ll work closely with both the External Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.
Your day-to-day will include:
Managing and developing customer relationships to drive sales growth and meet performance targets.
Handling inbound enquiries and proactively seeking new business opportunities.
Producing and managing quotes, tenders, and pricing within our systems (E1, Salesforce, or similar).
Tracking,reporting on and qualifying opportunities, competitor activity, and market trends.
Collaborating across departments to ensure excellent service delivery and prompt resolution of customer queries.
Contributing to a positive, solutions-focused team culture that promotes collaboration and success.
What You’ll Bring
A passion for customer engagement and building lasting relationships.
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a commercial, sales, or customer service role (construction or manufacturing background beneficial).
Confidence using IT systems—Excel, CRM tools (Salesforce, E1, Genesis), and reporting software.
A proactive, results-driven attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
Experience in production planning, data handling, or pricing would be advantageous, but full training will be provided to help you succeed.
