The Opportunity

Looking to step into a role where your finance skills actually shape the bigger picture? As a Senior Finance Analyst at Holcim UK, you’ll be right at the centre of the action, partnering with senior leaders, influencing key decisions, and helping steer the business forward.

This isn’t just another reporting role. You’ll be working closely with our Corporate Financial Controller and collaborating with our Global Hub, providing real insight, challenging the status quo, and making an impact where it counts. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with SSC Function Heads and ExCo members, providing financial analysis to support decision-making.

• Drive accurate month-end close, financial planning, and reporting across SSC functions, ensuring Group, Regional, and local requirements are met.

• Analyse spending patterns, identify savings opportunities, and implement cost-efficiency strategies.

• Support the annual planning cycle, validating assumptions and maintaining alignment with Holcim’s objectives.

• Build and maintain financial models, critically review balance sheet reconciliations, and safeguard data integrity.

• Lead on special projects, such as restructuring, functional initiatives, and process improvement.

• Collaborate with offshore teams in Mumbai, supporting their development and ensuring effective integration.

Who You Are

• A qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, or equivalent) with experience in finance, accounting, or business partnering.

• Commercially astute with strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Confident influencing at senior levels, challenging assumptions, and delivering insights that drive results.

• Skilled in ERP (E1/SAP), reporting systems (Insight, QlikView), and advanced Excel, alongside Google and Microsoft products.

• Comfortable working in fast-changing environments, with resilience, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset.

• A collaborative leader who acts with integrity and accountability, while empowering and supporting remote and local teams.
