The Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building lasting relationships? At Holcim UK, we’re on a mission to shape a more sustainable future, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to play a vital role in supporting our Asphalt customers.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they get the service, information, and support they need, while helping to keep projects running smoothly. This is more than just answering calls; it’s about problem-solving, planning ahead, and being part of a team that keeps construction moving across the UK.
What You’ll Bring
- You’re a people person – friendly, approachable, and confident chatting with customers over the phone or email
- You’ve got a great attitude – proactive, positive, and ready to roll up your sleeves when things get busy.
- You’re tech-savvy – comfortable using systems like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Salesforce or E1 (but don’t worry, we’ll train you if needed!)
- Multitasking is your thing – you can juggle priorities, stay organised, and keep your cool under pressure
- You’re a natural communicator – clear, professional, and great at building relationships with both customers and teammates.
- You’re hungry to learn – always up developing your skills, taking on new challenges, and growing your career.
