The Opportunity
Join us as the Logistics Planner at Holcim UK, where you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering road delivery operations.
This is a chance to bring your planning expertise into a fast‑moving logistics environment and make a real impact. You’ll be empowered to optimise delivery routes, improve fleet utilisation, and help solve real‑world operational challenges. Working closely with the Customer Service and RCC teams, you’ll contribute to performance improvements, service excellence, and cost control.
Own the planning and scheduling of daily tipper deliveries, ensuring reliability and prompt service.
Become a key interface between drivers, carriers and internal stakeholders including Sales, Production and Customer Service.
Use and refine Transport Management Systems (TMS) to strengthen data accuracy, visibility and decision‑making.
Monitor performance via KPIs; identify opportunities for efficiencies and drive continuous improvement in delivery operations.
Join a supportive team with a focus on safety, compliance and customer satisfaction, where you’ll have room to grow and develop your skillset in logistics, problem‑solving and coordination.
Who you are
