The Opportunity

We now have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Project Team, where you’ll focus your time on delivering key projects aligned with our mission of making sustainable construction a reality.

Whether it’s a project delivering solar installations across our sites UK-wide, or leading the rollout of a more efficient fuel across our fleet, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we reduce energy use and cut carbon across our operations. From selecting pilot sites to engaging stakeholders and measuring success, your work will help turn innovation into impact—making a real difference in our drive for a more efficient, low-carbon future at Holcim.

Who you are

You’re an experienced and people-focused Project Manager who thrives on turning ideas into action. With strong stakeholder skills and the ability to lead both physical and operational projects, you’re confident managing a wide range of work—from solar rollouts to more technical or process-led initiatives.

You’re comfortable coordinating suppliers, site teams and technical experts. Keeping delivery on track while building positive relationships.

You enjoy working across both tangible and less visible projects and understand how to engage people in change.

You use structured project tools effectively, communicate clearly, and stay focused on achieving outcomes.
