This site-based role is central to our mission of driving continuous environmental improvement while building trust and understanding within our local communities.
With multi-million-pound investments into in the plant over the past five years, we’re committed to operating responsibly and transparently. You’ll be at the heart of that commitment, leading on environmental performance, managing complex compliance requirements, and tackling real world challenges like fugitive dust and noise through strategic action plans. You’ll also play a key role in communicating credibly with local stakeholders and regulators, contributing to circular economy workstreams (including Geocycle) whilst working closely with colleagues to embed solutions that empower the site.
This is a role for someone who wants to make a tangible, lasting difference both to the environment and to the community we’re proud to be part of.

You don’t just report on compliance; you help shape it, driving improvements in areas like emissions, dust control, and noise management with professionalism and purpose.

You’re organised, solutions-focused, and keen to play a leading role in the environmental and social progress of a site with deep roots and real ambition.
