The Opportunity
Are you an experienced multi-site operations leader with a passion for people and safety?
As we are now looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead our Express Asphalt operations across the North of the UK – including dedicated Express sites and Express units within main Asphalt plants.
You'll play a key role in shaping operational excellence, health & safety culture, and team development across the Express Asphalt part of our business. With direct reports of the Plant Managers and a broad regional remit, this is your opportunity to make a visible impact in a key part of our team.
What You’ll Do
Lead multiple Express Asphalt sites to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
Champion a proactive Health & Safety culture.
Act as a visible leader. Inspire and develop your team to help with, enabling growth and accountability.
Drive continuous improvement through lean thinking, operational efficiency tools and best practice sharing.
Who you are
You’ll have experience in managing operations across multiple sites, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
You’ll have a great understanding of Health & Safety, ideally IOSH certified.
You’ll be an innovative thinker – comfortable with continuous improvement, adapting processes, and challenging the status quo
You’ll be highly organised and capable of juggling priorities across a large region.
You’ll have excellent communication skills, happy to communicate at all levels of an organisational structure.
