The Opportunity
This is initially a 12 month fixed term opportunity to recruit across the entire customer journey, from that first touchpoint all the way to post-sale, ensuring we attract top talent at every stage.

You’ll focus on commercial sales recruitment; from our teams in our customer contact centres through to our territory sales managers out on the road, you’ll have full accountability for attracting and hiring talent
We work in a fast-paced industry, in an evolving and innovative business so agility and speed are essential to success. Partnering with leaders across departments, you’ll understand their hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies
We’re also looking for someone who’s passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and committed to helping us create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone
You’ll play a key role in bringing our story to life externally, sharing updates and insights from your business area to support our employer brand and help us attract top talent

Who you are
You enjoy fast paced, innovation and look forward to bringing new ideas to improve the efficiency and quality of our recruitment processes.
You are proactive when sourcing for talent and think creatively about how to source for top talent in a competitive market
You won’t need prior experience of our ATS, TeamTailor (it’s super easy to use which is part of the reason we picked it) but you will need to know how to navigate an ATS and use technology seemlessly to support your success. You will need to be up to speed on LinkedIn Recruiter and know how to proactively headhunt talent.
You know that positive candidate experience is key to a successful Talent Acquisition team and consistently ensure a high level of communication and action.
