The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Logistics Optimisation Manager to join our national logistics team, with a focus on shaping the future of our road logistics network. This is a brand-new role for us, giving you a real opportunity to make an impact and shape the future by taking the lead in developing logistics systems, generating powerful insights from data, and driving projects that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support smarter, faster decision-making.

Working across the business, you’ll partner with senior leaders and regional teams to optimise how we move goods, manage our franchise haulier model, and roll out digital innovations that support our sustainability goals. This is a high-impact role where your analytical mindset and strategic thinking will make a real difference from day one.

You’ll be involved in:

Developing and evolving the analytics capability within the logistics team

Leading optimisation projects to enhance our road logistics network

Supporting cost, service, and sustainability performance reporting

Managing franchise fleet productivity and network modelling

Implementing new logistics technologies and systems

Supporting sourcing strategy and collaborating on transport innovation

Who you are

You’re a data-driven logistics professional, able to turn raw data into actionable insights.

You’re an optimisation pro. Passionate about optimisation and tech within the logistics industry.

You bring strong analytical skills and experience using logistics tools like TMS, route optimisation, or data visualisation software

You’re a confident communicator who can work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

You’re organised, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with lots of moving parts
