The Opportunity
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? Join our dedicated Concrete Products team at Holcim, representing our well-known Bradstone brand, where you'll take charge of your own sales territory across Norfolk, Cambridgeshire, and Essex.
In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, while also identifying and securing new business opportunities. You’ll focus on promoting our high-quality domestic and commercial landscaping products, playing a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing market share.
You'll help shape our strategic direction by developing business plans and accurate forecasts, and identifying key accounts and market opportunities.
You’ll play a key role in implementing sales and marketing campaigns, generating and following up on leads, and promoting our full product range to meet and exceed targets.
Keeping our customer records up-to-date, resolving complaints effectively, and coordinating with our Credit Services and Sales teams will be part of your daily routine to ensure smooth operations.
Your ability to build and nurture strong interpersonal relationships will enhance our profile within the industry and foster new business opportunities.
Play a key role as a proactive hunter, actively pursuing and winning new business to drive growth and expand our market presence.
You'll be guided and mentored by the Regional Manager, providing you with valuable opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career, while playing a crucial role in driving team success.
