The Opportunity
Are you ready to take ownership of key customer relationships and drive commercial success within our Express Asphalt business? As a Key Account Manager covering the South West you’ll be the face of our brand, building strong partnerships with customers and ensuring they receive industry-leading service.
With a strong market presence and a reputation for delivering quality asphalt solutions, we’re looking for someone who thrives on relationship management, commercial growth, and problem-solving.
You’ll have the chance to shape long-term partnerships, develop tailored solutions, and play a key role in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing account strategies to drive growth and enhance customer loyalty.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive best-in-class service.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.
- Identifying opportunities for new business and innovative solutions within the Express Asphalt sector.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing to deliver mutual benefits for the business and the customer.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.
